What we do with your data
Last updated: 27 August 2026
What we store
When you fill in the contact form, your name, your email and your message travel by email to the studio's inbox and are not stored in any database of ours. They stay in that email, like any other message you send us.
If you are a client of the studio and have access to the portal, we do store your name, your email and which projects you can open. Those live in our database, because they are what lets you sign in.
What we use them for
Only to reply to you, to give you access to your project and to know whether the site is working properly. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties, and we will not send you advertising you did not ask for.
How long we keep them
Enquiries stay in the studio's inbox for as long as they are useful for follow-up. Portal access data is kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days.
Who we share them with
Only with the services that keep the site running: the one that hosts the website, the one that delivers the form's emails, the one that stores your project files and the one that anonymously measures how the application is used. Each receives the minimum it needs to do its job.
We also record how many times each project has been opened. That measurement is anonymous: it does not store your IP address and does not use tracking cookies, which is why this site does not need to show you a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data of yours we hold, correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We reply through the same email.
How to ask us to delete your data
Write to info@cuparq.com from the same email address you contacted us with and we will confirm the deletion. You do not need to explain why.
